Order
We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our store, this is called a pre-order. Individual product pages will specify when an item is a pre-order, so look out for that verbiage within product pages. The product page will also state the date they will be in our store. Once those items are available, we’ll ship them within 2 business days. Please check the ship dates on individual product pages. Backorders work the same way.
An email with the tracking number will be emailed to you when the package is shipped. . You will only be able to track your order if it has been shipped. Please allow at least 10 business days for items to print and ship after purchasing (reminder: business days do not include weekends or holidays).
Can't find your order number?
1) Check your spam folder and other email accounts
2) Email us! support@mclesterbrand.com with as much information as possible for us to locate your order (Name, email, product). Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
You can track your package's progress more closely through the shipping provider which is most likely USPS for domestic and DHL for international shipments. For international orders, once your items arrive to the destination country, final tracking will not be available, but your package should ship within 3-6 weeks.
In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask that you reach out to your local post office. There may be a chance your item was prematurely scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@mclester.co. Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Packages leaving the US will be shipped to a regional hub and then to the destination country. Once the packages reach their destination country, they are handed over to the country’s local postal service for final delivery. Keep in mind that international orders can take up 3- 8 weeks to be delivered.
We want to offer our customers an extra layer of assurance, and we are happy to announce Route+ as an option for our customers to add to all their purchases. Route+ is a shipping insurance company that offers shipping protection.
Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. If you need to file a claim, please visit https://claims.route.com/.
Shipping
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and delays please allow up to 3 weeks processing and shipping time on all items. We will send you tracking information once your item has left our facility and is on its way to you! For International Shipping, customs has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. Fanjoy is not responsible for the payment of this fee. Using the UK as an example, they state they will charge VAT on any shipment with a value greater than £15, which equates to approximately $23.27 USD. You can read more about import taxes and duties for the UK here: https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty Taxes will vary from country to country, as will tax enforcement. We have found Canada and the UK to be among the countries with the strictest enforcement, unfortunately. At any rate, this is an extremely common issue for international customers. For folks that are especially upset or feel they were unlawfully taxed, we recommend they contact their customs office to file a dispute. Each item has a different processing timeframe. Look at the individual product page for shipping timelines. Remember that if an order says it will ship in a certain amount of business days, this does not include weekends or holidays. Domestic orders should take 3-7 business days to arrive, after it has been shipped. Most international orders arrive in 3-6 weeks, but can take up to 8 weeks depending on the location.
Once your order ships from one of our warehouse, most items are delivered to the customer within 3 - 7 days after the item ships.

Yes, we accept pre-paid gift cards from all major banks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We cannot split payment between cards, you must have the allotted amount on one card.
We accept payment by all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay. You can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout. Prices for all of our items are listed in US Dollars, whether you are logging in from the US, Canada, Italy, or any other country.
All charges on contact@mclesterbrand.com are processed in US Dollars. If you're an International customer the conversion will happen within your local bank processing currency. Note: prices may vary in accordance to the time the charge processes in our system due to the exchange rate.

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of purchasing. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.
We do not accept returns on hats, socks, underwear, backpacks, phone cases, and any other item that state it's a final sale on the product page.
